About Me

I Thought I Had Fitness Figured Out...

Until I Became a Mom

Before becoming a mom, I thought I had health and fitness completely figured out.

I was active. I ate well. And I coached women on weight loss for a living.

Fitness wasn’t just something I enjoyed — it was my career. So when I got pregnant, I assumed it would simply be another season of staying healthy.

But pregnancy humbled me in ways I never expected.

Pregnancy Changed Everything

During my pregnancy, I gained 60 pounds.

I developed severe carpal tunnel that caused me to lose feeling in both of my hands. Even simple things started becoming difficult.

Then my son arrived five weeks early.

The physical challenges were only part of it.

Postpartum brought a completely new set of struggles I wasn’t prepared for — including postpartum anxiety and a body that felt completely unfamiliar to me.

What shocked me most was that nothing I knew about fitness seemed to work anymore.

I was doing the things that had always worked before…

But my body wasn’t responding the same way.

And for the first time, I truly understood what so many moms feel after having a baby.

Exhausted.
Overwhelmed.
Disconnected from their body.

The Pressure to "Bounce Back"

Everywhere you look after having a baby, there’s pressure to bounce back.

Lose the weight quickly.
Get your body back.
Return to who you were before.

But the truth is… motherhood changes everything.

Your body changes.
Your priorities change.
Your energy and time look completely different.

Trying to force my body to “bounce back” only left me feeling more frustrated and defeated.

So eventually, I stopped chasing quick fixes.

What Actually Changed Everything

Instead of fighting my body, I started focusing on supporting it.

I focused on simple things that fit into real life with a baby:

• Strength training
• Nourishing food
• Daily walks
• Giving myself patience and grace

No extreme dieting.
No punishing workouts.

Just consistency with habits that supported both my physical and mental health.

Slowly, things started to shift.

My energy improved.
My strength returned.
My confidence came back.

Today I’m down 40 pounds and feel stronger than I ever did before pregnancy.

But the biggest transformation wasn’t just physical.

It was learning how to care for myself while also being a mom.

Why I Coach Moms Differently

Going through this experience completely reshaped the way I coach women.

Before motherhood, I understood fitness.

After motherhood, I understood moms.

I now know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to prioritize yourself when you’re responsible for everyone else.

I know what it’s like when:

• your body feels unfamiliar
• your energy is gone
• you want to feel strong again but don’t know where to start

And I know that most fitness advice simply doesn’t work for moms.

That’s why my coaching focuses on helping busy moms lose baby weight in a sustainable way.

No extreme dieting.

No endless cardio.

No sacrificing your mental health just to change your body.

Instead, we build simple habits that help you feel stronger, more confident, and more energized in everyday life.

My Mission

My mission is simple.

To help moms feel like themselves again.

Not just physically — but mentally and emotionally too.

Because when a mom feels strong, confident, and energized…

It impacts everything.

Her health.
Her confidence.
Her family.
Her kids.

And it shows the next generation what it looks like to take care of yourself with love, not punishment.

If You’re Ready to Feel Like Yourself Again

If you’re a mom who feels overwhelmed, disconnected from your body, and ready to rebuild your strength and confidence…

I’d love to help.
