Why I Care So Much About Helping Moms
Before becoming a mom, I thought I had health and fitness completely figured out.
Then pregnancy humbled me.
I gained 60 pounds, developed severe carpal tunnel, and delivered my son five weeks early.
Postpartum brought anxiety and a body that wouldn’t respond the way it used to.
Eventually I stopped trying to bounce back and started focusing on supporting my body instead.
Through strength training, nourishing food, daily movement, and patience, everything slowly started to change.
Today I’m down 40 pounds and stronger than ever.
But the biggest lesson I learned was this:
Moms need a completely different approach to health and fitness.
And that’s exactly what I now help women build.
