Why I'm Passionate About Helping Moms

Short story version:

Before becoming a mom, I thought I had health and fitness completely figured out.

But pregnancy humbled me.

I gained 60 pounds, developed severe carpal tunnel, and delivered my son five weeks early. Postpartum brought anxiety and a body that refused to lose weight despite everything I thought I knew about fitness.

Eventually I stopped trying to “bounce back” and started focusing on supporting my body instead.

Today I’m down 40 pounds and stronger than ever.
